Advertisement banner placed in front of house, which blocks the view

Dear All, I want to know what can I do if someone puts a advertisement banner in front of my house which blocks the view. During Durga puja someone installed a banner on bamboo in front of my house and despite asking them to remove it, they paid no heed to my request. Please advice what can I do?
