Adjudicated POA's lost how to get loan from bank

I have lost 2 adjudicaated POA's which is mentioned in a title deed and i don't have even a copy of it, The bank is not giving loan because of this, how can i solve this issue?
if it is a registered POA,then Please apply for certified copy of POA's in the concerned SRO .
if it is not a registered one,then no other ways, please execute a new one with ratification and submit it before the bank.

If u have adjudicated both poaz before concerned RTO an entry and fee remittance details wil be available there and further some essential details would be available from there. But for loan purpose the bankz may not even consider it. Yet u may try.
Possible things are u may demand a sammathapathram from the POA donor regarding executed POA n other things.
Anyhow a declaration order from civil court making bank n poa donors r to be in opposite party array will do the purpose for u.
