Action against the govt. department for claiming our property

Hi, In this case Home Department (Govt.) Claims that the property where we are staying for more than 25 years belongs to them.. the case was filed by them against our landlord but we have losen up in case.. Please help me out to how we can claim property is belong to us???
You will have to challenge the Trial Court's order by filing an Appeal before the Appeal Court. We will require more information from you to advice you further on where i.e. before which Court the Appeal lies.

first of all you have to go in appeal against order by the court in superior court. and apply for stay order for the same. Is there any lease deed/sale deed between your landlord and government? you have to prove your landlords ownership then only you can claim the property.
