It is a tricky and complicated scenario. Private medical colleges have their own way of dealing such disputes. In this case you need to ask the college to reveal the answer papers and evaluation results for scrutiny. Only then you will be able to prove that the college had failed some students deliberately.

Your problem could be understood, but the question is how will you be able to prove it. What I can suggest to you is that you can approach the High Court through Writ Petition and get directions for revaluation by an examiner appointed by the court and also pray before the court to conduct fair evaluations. Please feel free to ask any help, if required.
