Sir I need to know account details of my father's pension & FD as mom expired .my brother is refusing to give account number details & refusing to share the money among sisters. Kindly advise how to get those details to claim the share.
after the death of the person intestate you are their legal heirs so after the death you need to apply for legal heirs ship certificate then he has to includie you all otherwise he cannot claim the amount definitely u have a share on this
