Abt threat to suicide in a relation

Hi
I m 26. In a relationship with a lady for 5 years. Now things r not ok. I wanted to part but she is threating me with suicides. Pls help as wat to do.
immediately inform the nearest police station by writing a letter and obtain an acknowledgement of the letter and also send a copy of the letter by RPAD to the Superintendent/Comissioner of Police. about the threat of suicide by the lady, be detailed and specific about issues you are facing and do not indulge in any physical relation with the lady.
