About dad's house and land partition between brothers after his death

My father died at 2001, we are two brothers, I'm younger brother now 29yrs old, I'm living in my father's house from my childhood actually I born there only, me n my elder brother got 14yrs age different, he never live with us in this house, after my dad's death my mom received my dad's pf amount n she gave amount to my brother to buy a land, then he bought a house later constructed n living there only and my elder brother and his wife asking and making issues to me, to vacate the house, they want my dad's constructed house to be demolished completely which is built in front portion of the entire land, back space is empty.. So they make more problems to me and my, is legally the front portion of the land belongs to Elder brother or for me younger brother??

you can go for a partition deed and the line should be partitioned between you and your brother and mother years of your father if there is any arrangement to have a partition along with you then you go but if the land is purchased in your brother's name by their fathers PDF then you have the right but legally your brother writing right is prevailed and Allah so if your brother distributed any partition you must approach the court and you should Prove the land is brought under the PF amount of your father

In this case, I would like to know about your mother's stand, you can file partition petition before the court or cause legal notice including your elder brother property brought through your father's PF amount and finally, you will get amicable settlement between you and your brother.
