About, caveat petition against me . But petitioner is not truthful

Sir. I have correct document s but my land in kuttupatta. One is my mom name and other one is my neighbor. I want to survey this land for apply separate parts. But they're not willing to measure the land they always fighting and build the house without separate the land. Our land also borrowed. They are applying caveat petition before I'm going to apply stay order. What I vcan do? Please help me

if you want to actual partition for your land and other parties are not cooperating then you have a right to file a case at appropriate Court where the land is situated the petition filed by the others is only to hear them before granting any export order by the court Caveat petition is valid only for 3 months after every 3 months they should renew the Caveat petition on the caviet noticed should send to you early as possible to retain your right you file appropriate suit in appropriate Court
