About 497,which has been removed by supreme court

If a married man is in a relationship/opt for live in with an unmarried girl then what are the provision and circumstances. Is it legal or not? Also want to know that wife of the married man can take any legal action on her husband and the unmarried girl, who is under the relationship???

A five-judge Constitution Bench, led by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra, in four separate but concurring opinions on Thursday held that adultery is not a crime and struck it off the Indian Penal Code.
Chief Justice Misra, in an opinion for himself and Justice A.M. Khanwilkar, observed that Section 497 (adultery) of the Code “commands” married couples to remain loyal to each other.
Wife can file divorce on grounds of adultery with proofs which constitutes cruelty

the mentioned unmarried girl cannot claim any share of the property of the man she was living with. however if any child born out of their relationship then that child can claim share of the property of the man becayuse Honble Supreme Court has passed judgement in this regard.
