A Tamil daily news paper has published a fake news about my company and unilaterally involved three names of the company's employees and falsely charged. Our company is a central Govt-PSU. What is the procedure to take legal action against this matter? If we take any legal action against the journal, what is the level of chance to win this case.

If the aggrieved employees want to initiate legal action against the Tamil daily in their individual capacity, they can file criminal complaint before the court for punishment and compensation. If the government -psu wants to initiate action against the Tamil daily then you need to approach the public prosecutor.
