Yes. If you have credible evidence such as CCTV footage, audio/video recordings, messages, witness statements, or any other proof showing continuous harassment, defamation, stalking, intimidation, or deliberate acts causing nuisance, you may first issue a legal notice demanding that such conduct stop. If the harassment continues or involves criminal acts, you may lodge a police complaint with all supporting evidence. You should also inform the apartment association or residents' welfare association in writing, if applicable. Maintain a detailed record of every incident with dates and preserve all evidence, as it will strengthen your case.

Yes, you may issue a legal notice and, if the acts amount to harassment, intimidation, defamation or criminal intimidation, you can also lodge a police complaint. Preserve all evidence such as CCTV footage, audio/video recordings, messages, photographs and details of independent witnesses. If the neighbour is deliberately provoking disputes by bringing stray dogs or repeatedly harassing you despite prior notice, mention these facts specifically in your complaint. You may also approach the Apartment Association/RWA in writing

Yes, you have legal remedies, provided you have sufficient evidence. If your neighbours are repeatedly making false and defamatory statements about you to vendors, other residents, or visitors with the intention of damaging your reputation, you may initiate appropriate legal proceedings for defamation. If they are continuously monitoring, following, intimidating, or harassing you, you may also lodge a police complaint for criminal intimidation, harassment, or stalking, depending on the facts and available evidence. Regarding the stray dog issue, if it is being deliberately allowed into the apartment premises to create nuisance, provoke your pet, or interfere with your peaceful enjoyment of the common areas despite repeated objections, you should first submit a written complaint to the Apartment Owners' Association/Society seeking immediate intervention. If no action is taken, you may approach the local police or the competent civic authorities with supporting evidence. Preserve all available evidence, including CCTV footage, photographs, videos, audio recordings (where legally permissible), WhatsApp messages, witness statements from residents or vendors, and copies of any prior written complaints. Before initiating litigation, it is advisable to issue a legal notice demanding that they cease their defamatory and harassing conduct. If they continue despite the notice, you may proceed with appropriate civil and criminal remedies in accordance with law.
