A Hindu boy 27years old following a 16 years Christian girl from 6months giving her cell phone n both texting eachoder , a boy is fooling I will marry you etc etc What legal action can b taken against boy or solution

Its nt in civil nature. Actually its neither to be treated in criminal nature. Better we have to tackle the situation calmly bcuz as mentioned in ur query the future of the girl is up ahead so need to be careful in managing the situation. Its better to make the guy away from her. May b a person having enough Influense on him will b the better dont harass him or make him bad. Beter dnt make it b4 police cuz there is a higher chanz he may take it a revenge. But if u find police is the only way there is 50% chanz tat he may take a revenge. Tackle the situation wisely.
