A lady is trying to break my marriage by damaging my reputation

I am from India, recently i got engaged to a girl. There is one lady who is trying to break my relationship with the girl and trying to break my engagement. Is there any legal action i can take against the lady ? Also she is damaging my & my family's reputation.

send notice to her and thereby warn her not to damage your and family's reputation... also warn her to stay away from your family, remind her that you will take civil as well as criminal actions against her ... if she doesn't stop her activities, file suit for injunction against her..
