[7/9, 23:33] ☺️: We have a queryn[7/9, 23:36] ☺️: We are having 10 cents land and there is a gap btw land and road which belongs to govt it's below 1 cent and a person was parking the car in the govt land which is btw our land and road..we have intimated them many tyms to remove the car and the small shulter that they have build for parking the car...but he is not responding..how can we proceed with this issue mam.

hi if that person is blocking the road to your place and if he is building the construction on the govt land then you could make an repreaentation to govt authorities to take action on such person and if they failed to take action then you could approach court
