498a False Cases on Husband By Wife.

Wife put a false 498a case on me in 2018. Case going on in court. We are living saparately since 2018. I have 4 years daughter but she is staying with my wife. 406,506,323,498A , maintainance 125, DV case, section 9 by me, all are going on. I want relief from all these cases. Please help what should i do. Her family & She itself blackmailing me & asking too much money. Its not possible for me to give this too much amount. She put me all these false cases just because of money. Nothing else. Please suggest what should i do to get relief from all these cases soon.
Hello you need to defend these cases strongly, if the cases are filed on false and fabricated facts it will be easy to defeat during cross examination at evidence stage. If the relationship has worsened beyond repair you can think about contested divorce u/s 13(1) of Hindu Marriage Act but if you think marriage can be saved pursue petition of section 9 strongly. Need more details and stage of cases to discuss and advise further.

I can understand that your wife is not agree for the same until you willing to pay her a hefty amount but if you want a quick resolution mutual consent divorce is the best one
