चारों लोगों को मिलकर उस एक आदमी/हिस्सेदार के खिलाफ रजिस्ट्री शून्य घोषित करवाने का कैसे करना चाहिए। उस केस में जिसके नाम से रोड का फ्रंट किया गया है उसे भी प्रतिवादी बनाना होगा। इस समय उस जमीन पर कब्जा किसका है? ये भी महत्वपूर्ण है।
