25 Year Plus House Purchange In Bangalore

I am planning to buy one property which is in good area , but 1991 the land owner given GPA to one persona and they GPA holder given GPA to another person ,that guy sold the this plot and as a witness first GPA person signed .after that till 3 people purchased the same property with no case filled till now . If I purchange this property is it legal in Karnataka . Please suggest .

okay I understand your questions so now you want to buy a property in karnataka G p a gave one perdlsom land loard it is sold out three hand toll so now you want buy it is legal right so old procedure it is Gpa is valid bit now a dace goa os not good for pirchaing right but I cont see the documents E c 30years and all so I am not come to legal so do you need any further help contact me thank you
