1.Suppose if compalaint/ncr is filed against someone not fir ,will the person be informed about it in future?nn2.Is it possible that a complaint is there against a person and he comes to know at the time police verification for govt job?nn3.If a person is able get police clearance certificate can stil candidate be rejected at the time of police verification for govt job?nn4.Is it possible that a complaint is made against a person and the person don't know about it?

Well, if a FIR had been lodged in past, then, you would come to know about it during Police Verification. If a Police Complaint had been lodged, then, you would not come to know about it during Police Verification and a mere Police Complaint won't impact either your Career or Job.
