1.Can Legally Adopted son Claim Father Self Owned Property 2. If not he can make claim in future from his children both are currently minor now. 3. I want to gift my property to my own son will my son face any legal issues in future from my legal adopted don't who is elder than him

1 . Yes , the adopted son has equal rights to claim Father's self owned property when the father passed away without settling the property. 2. Yes his minors can also claim the self own property when the father passed away without settling the property. 3.No, you cannot claim. I need more clarifications in your case pls contact me directly.

the property being (your) self acquired property, you have the sole right to dispose it to anyone you would want to. if the property is ancestral one yes, he can claim it through his children, otherwise he cannot.
