Wife absconding how can I claim for child custody

Sir, my wife along with her father made numerous attempts to get the assets of my father to be written in the name of kid, when denied, she went absconding from the matrimonial house before 10 months, i have been trying to reach her in various regards and she is not willing to respond, on the occasion of my kids birthday i requested her via mail to join me for which there was no answer. i am missing my kid a lot and my personal life has become so disturbing ever since. how can i approach law to help me see my kid. kindly suggest. i will be thankful to you in this regard.
