Taking child abroad permission from court

10-Nov-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
Hi My daughter is 4 years old. Our divorce was done with mutual consent in 2017. Visitation rights of father were given in a notarized agreement for every week. But he hasn't contacted or met the child once after the divorce. However he pays monthly child support regularly. I got married again and my now husband lives in US and I wish to take my daughter there. I wish to take courts permission to take the child abroad as father is not signing the NOC, please advise the best way

you will need to apply to the court for the permission to take the child abroad with you as queried. while doing so, you will need to provide the complete itenary of the child when she visits along with you. if everything's in other, the court ought to give you the permission to travel abroad with your child.
