Maintenance for wife and child

13-Aug-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
My wife has filed a DVC case against me wherein she has claimed interim maintenance for herself and my daughter. She is now claiming maintenance for my daughter in my custody case for access. My question is that, can maintenance be asked for in both cases?

Dear client she can claim maintenance in both cases but u have to pay in any ine case if court order for maintenance. If court order maintenance in both cases u can show court that maintenance is awarded in both cases. Then court will direct to pay in any one case. For any legal help call me
