If my husband files a divorce case, who will get the custody of child

Im a mother of a one year old daughter. Im having problems with my husband and my inlaws. Ive left my husband house. Presently im at my parents place. If my husband files a divorce case against me, who will get the custody of my daughter. Im really worried. Plz advice
Since your child is very small, so as per Section 6 of the Hindu Minority Actand Guarianship Act the custody of minor girl until she completes 5 years shall remain with the mother.
Hence the custody of your child shall remain with you.
