I M Respondent Of Restitution Of Conjugal Right
17-Feb-2025 (In Child Custody Law)
Due to ill minded behaviour of petioner i returned to my parents house when I was 2 months pregnant and thereafter he didn't come to check-ups , didn't even ask about anything and now after delivery he filed case . I got the court notice when my daughter was 37 days old. He hasn't spent even a rupee, didn't take care, no responsibility or duty at all. And now kerala count is asking me to produce child on March 11. I am residing in Mangalore and my daughter had fever for about a week from 10 th feb. Shall I deny to produce child? Or what happens if I disobey court order?
Hi considering your queries
if your child is 37 days old then you can communicate the same to the court and request the Court not to pass such orders no Court can ask just born baby to be brought before the court
hence it is advisable to communicate to the court properly through legal representative or advocate.
judges will understand your concern
not producing a 37 days old baby will not amount to contempt or will not amount to any dis obeying the order
Hence appoint an advocate and ask him to communicate the same to the court
