Husband unable to pay child maintenance

20-Apr-2023 (In Child Custody Law)

I got divorced through mutual consent in 2011. My ex husband agreed to give maintenance for child support for our daughter who is 9. A doctor by profession, post divorce, he has not been in a regular job and has not given any maintenance. His parents are paying a part of it though. My question: Is there a way I can ensure that he honours his commitment of child support as made in the court?

Dear client if court ordered for maintenance and he is not paying then u can file recovery case against him. If there is no court order then u have to file case for maintenance under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. For any legal help call me
