How can I claim for child custody

I am a IndianMuslim, got married in 2006 and my daughter was born. father lived in uk, had left us while I was pregnant. divorce and child support order was xparte and in in 2010, I got married second time and to leave to Canada had to apply for custody. The father opposed as I tried to enforce maintenance but I got temporary order and left to Canada in 2010. It took me five years to get full custody from deadbeat father. I split up with second husband in 2013. In 2015 aug biological father appealed in high court and got stay of order by maligning me. How can custody, need it for PR in Canada.
You can challenge the order for grant of custody based on the ground of change in circumstances. You shall have to adduce evidence to prove to the Court as to why the custody should be granted to you.
