How can a muslim father take child custody after divorce

I am Muslim men married to a Muslim women and we have a 1.2 yrs old son. my wife has decided to take khula. what is the process to take my son in to custody legally after giving Khula to her?
Hi...if you want the child custody you have to file a application before concerned court and if child is too small then court will not allow your application .If you convince the court and court feel it fit case to hand over then only court will allow your application.
