Child custody is with me can take child to another state

I am divorced and I very my son's custody with me but my ex husband and me have a agreement that none of will not take our son out of city (chennai)without each others consent. Now I ve remarried and moved to mumbai. How can I bring my son here in mumbai ? Can I file a consent or case here in mumbai ? What if I bring my child to mumbai without informing my ex husband ? Kindly suggest me the best option as I am pregnant now and cannot take stress of running around.
