08-Oct-2023 (In Child Custody Law)

The court has awarded me visitation rights and days fixed for the same, but still my husband is not letting me meet my kid. What action can i take against him?

Your husband's actions are a willful disobedience of an order of a Court and you can therefore file a petition for Contempt of Court which is taken very seriously by the Courts.

You may also approach the local police station, show them the order and insist that they help you meet your child. There is no reason that you should be denied visitation rights if you have an order of the Court to that effect.
