Under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, the issuer of a cheque that is dishonoured is criminally liable if it was issued towards a legally enforceable debt. In your case, since the credit cards were misused under a business transaction and cheques were issued by the company, you may issue a legal notice within 30 days of dishonour and proceed for prosecution under Section 138 r/w 141 NI Act against the company and its authorised signatories. You may also file a criminal complaint under Section 420 IPC for cheating and a civil recovery suit to recover the ₹10 lakhs with interest.

hi if you are in possession of the cheques and then you could file petition in court for cheque bounce after initially sending notice for payment of money and if they failed to respond then you could approach court
