Regarding discharge of liability to the complainant relative

The accused has discharged the liability to the complainants father without the complainant consent or authorisation Will the complainant lose the case ?

Dear Sir, As I already answered your question that the Accused is liable to pay you since such payment to your father without your consent cannot taken into consideration unless your father comes as a witness for Accused and state that he has received that amount from Accused and given the same to you in discharge of the liability.
