PDC Cheque issued with letter not to deposit without consent.

27-Sep-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Respects Legal Experts, Our org. had issued PDC to one person, against some dues. However, the PDC were given more of security reason, on his request. The org. had given a letter mentioning this, further stating not to deposit cheques without consent or confirmation. If required we can provide new set of PDC till the amount is cleared. This letter was given along with PDC. We had asked Bank to Stop payment. Now the person has deposited cheques without consent and when bounced, is threatening with legal action. Can he take such legal action, and what should be our stand.
