Dear Client, you are advised to immediately engage a prudent lawyer to get bail for your mother and to contest the case, else police can arrest her. it is to inform you that cheque bounce is a bailable offense, you should appear your mother through counsel in the case to avoid consequences of non-appearance, which are Proclaimed Offender proceedings, what makes it non-bailable. For further information/clarifications call me.

First of all it's illegal to give cheque of any others account without his/her knowledge. Bail in cheque bounce is a matter of right of the accused as it's a bailable offence. So you have to give an bail application through your advocate and have to give security as per the orders of the judicial magistrate.
