Employment bond break and cheque bounce

Hi , I joined a company where they asked to sign a bond for 3 years . If i break the bond i beed to pay 3 lacs. The company is creating a fake profile for us and submitting to other companies for (they are keeping fake experience) . And there is a lot of mental pressure from management . I left the company because of above reasons. First they approached the bank to withdraw amount and thr cheque got bounce.Now they had filed a Cc-calander case on me in court.please provide your Advice to handle this.

This amounts to cheating and you can lodge a criminal complaint against the company in the police station if you have your employment agreement with specific bond clause.

If you get any Legal notice from any advocate then you have to give reply notice to them. Have you submitted any security cheques before joining in that company? If you have any bond soft copy then you can provide that bond to deal with this case. They cannot claim money with security cheques. They should approach civil court if they want to claim any money from you based upon security cheques. If you have any further doubts contact me.
