2 directors of company issued a cheque with thier signed and resigned. Presently Cheque bonced. Who will be liable under 138/141 n i act ? Present new directors /company ?

directors of company are liable under the representative capacity but , company itself is also necessary party. In this view it is advisable to file a complaint under negotiable instruments act misleading the signatory as well as the company.
