Cheque bounce case and property attachment

My brother lives seperately in Bangalore. I am her sister and I live with my father and mother in Mysore.My brother had taken a loan of 2,50,000. He has paid only 1,00,000 and now his payment by cheque to the bank has been bounced . And when my brother took loan he had given the address of my father's house and also the photos of our house for taking loan without our knowledge.Now the bank officials are coming to our house to attach our property for my brother's cheque bounce case . For my brother's loan ,we are in trouble. Please guide me what to do?
if property belonging to your father or other than your brother they cannot attach under cheque dishonkur, attachment under the cheque dishonour not an easy way it's govern by criminal law procedures may be they have come up with execution case or against surety, so kindly look into documents and take a legal opinion before proceeding and advise your brother to pay loan , normally question of escaping not an easy task.
