Can complainant demand from court bailable warrant

Can a complainant serve bailable warrant on his own under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.

No, complainant cannot serve warrants by himself or herself. Warrants or summons, both can only be served by the court of law, complainant can only serve legal notice or demand notice. Further process has to be carried out by the judicial process only.

No , bailable warant can be served by the court person only. However , you can ask the court to issue dasti to you, which you can serve the accused and file an affidavit in this regards.
On its report court can issue non-bailable warrant.

Dear client,

Only the court has the authority to issue warrants and Complainant cannot issue any kind of warrants.
And if you meant by serving him with warrants then you can obtain an order of warrants against accused from the court in which your complaint is pending and then you can file Process fee form and court will serve the accused person with the warrants.
