Build relationship on the promise of marriage and continued it for 9

I was in relationship for 9 years . Our last meeting was on 26 January 2020. He said to me that I will marry you immediately after his elder sister marriage. But as soon as her sister got married he said I can't marry you duever to caste issue. Caste is known to him and his family too. Now he and his family says that movery on our society will not accept you. He did so many times in an unnatural way . It was against my will. I have recordings in which he accepted that he did in an unnatural way because he loved me. I am so much frustrated. My mother also talked to him but he answered in rude way that my society will not accept her. What should I do
