Booking cancellation done for a flat but payment not received

Builder has not started construction after even four years therefore had to cancel my booking. After cancellation in Feb'19, they keep postponing or delaying release of payment by giving gauge reason for past one & half year.
Hi. Sorry to hear about your issue. In such case you can file a case for cheating and fraud initiate criminal proceedings against the builder for defrauding
