Show cause notice for financial manipulation of collecting EMIs

Dear Sir, I was worked in leading private sector bank for 3.5 years and having good record in this period of but before 1 year from resign date my supervisor was torture me every time for leave and unnecessary calling and irritated me. and transfer me two time within 6 month. after struggling i had to resign from the company and supervisor immediately accepted my resignation. after that forcing me to go transfered location and survive notice period. my financially situation is not good coz of overdebt of loans and credit card. i am struglling and in depression due to this and jobless the situation is more critical. after 4 month from resignation not giving relieving letter after sending many several mail (there also mention my situation is near to sucide). but the managment send me Show case notince for finacial manipulation of Rs. 2.50 lacs collecting EMI from the customer and not deposited from two branches and also convince some old staff against me. still not reply to SCN. suggest

Hello whatever is situation you are facing at present offcorce not so easy but need to mentain calmness similarly contact to your lawyer with the showcause notice, explain all your facts and figures along with the valid docs. And send reply to the notice within the stipulated time.

Dear owner ; whatever u saying might be right in your way but at the same time SCN is also issued to you that need to be replied with the advisory of a lawyer so please engage one and also the indian evidence Act 1872 facts need to stated in the reply to SCN. The bank can make a charge for recovery of money in form of EMI as u have mentioned above is a consequential effect of the receive of the SCN.
