Personal Loan Settlement Cleared

Bank had filed a case in court for recovering personal loan they filed in March 2019 but I came to know in October 2019. I did not attend the court till now. They asked me to do settlement and I cleared the payment and court hearing is on 22nd November 2019. Do let me know do I need to attend the court
Yes you need to attend through an advocate and provide necessary documents to the court that there are no dues from your end to the bank. If you do not furnish the same there are chances that the court will decide the matter against you as exparte.
