September 2025 m 13(2) notice aya us k bad m payment Kiya or har payment kr hi raha hu notice k pele bhi abhi 40-50k amount due h or inhone possession notice bhej diya kya kru?
If possession notice has been given u immediately approach drt by filling security application .The drt will pass stay order .U will have to file bank statements aling with the application showing the exact amounts EMI s paid .I appear in drt matters ..

have you reply to ( 13)2) if you raised objection to said notice bank reply to it . send dt. of possession notice . you have o file S.A. before DRT you may contact to me . Drt can grant stay on further proceeding.
