Not able to pay the loan i had taken what to do.

Hi , I am from Bangalore, I have taken a finance with some people with interest rate of 10% and I have paid the interest for almost 1.5 years , now I am not able to pay them . But daily prettening me and tourturing me . Can you give me some advise on this.
Hi, Finance company do not have any right harass you. If they are doing so, you may approach a lawyer to file a police complaint against them. Finance company may file civil suit against you for recovery of money.

File a suit for injinction against them in the city civil court and get an irder of injunction so that there will be no issue feom his side. Since money lending at higher rate of interest is an offence punishable under law you could have protection under law.
