Loan Settlement Of Idfc First Bank

Sir mera idfc first bank se personal loan chal raha hai. But mera accident hone ke wajah se me 3 month emi nhi de paya. Aur meri job chali gayi hai. Me settlement ke liye 10000 tak dene ki request kar raha hu. But bank ne muje legal notice bheja hai. Me kya Karu samaj nhi aa raha hai

Hello Sir, This is Advocate Somdipta Dutta Choudhury. I am sorry to hear about your situation. We can send one Legal Notice to the bank wherein your situation will be more specifically described and then we can request for a final figure of settlement from the bank's end. If the bank still decides to file a criminal case against you, you will have to just surrender before the court and take bail, and you will get ample amount of time to accumulate the money and settle your account. The court proceedings will go for years and you will at least get 2-3 years before you decide to settle your account with the bank.
