Dear sir,
This is Mohan. I had taken a loan in online from a company. i have one pending emi. They make calls to all contacts which is saved in my mobile for pending emi. from that day i didn't pay emis to them. is there any possibility to take action against them. I don't want their money I will pay emis after completing this issue, but I want the reason why they called to all my contacts.
