I Have Taken A Personal Loan 50000 From Co Operative Bank.

The interest is 20,000. They are coming and harassing the guarantor's home. I'll pay by the end of March, but they said to pay now. They said Today, they will come and paste a notice on the guarantor's home. Is this a legal process?
It's a Stressing tactics run by the bank. even though the bank can notify both the borrower and guarantors regarding the loan default, and they can't simply paste notice without following due process as per the Acts

You can send a hello notice a notice a lawyer notice against the bank for requesting time for the payment of the balance amount and also for clearing the existing dues within a timeframe if they continue the harassment you can file application before the police station as well as the consumer Court against the bank
