How to deal with advocate forcing for consultation fees

Sir actually i taken an advice agaist ipc 138b from one advocate he give some illegal advice that reg one case on ipc 138 and through your friends register fir that he took money against the giving job in foriegn i dont want to register case but he is convencing me to reg case and i sign vakalatnama now he is forcing me to give 7500 as a consultation fee else he took an legal action please help me out and give right advice what can i do

After going through your query I have gathered that you have taken some legal advise from some Advocate, and as per ur statement it seems that he misguided u and on top of that he is asking for consultation fee, which you feel is unfair. However if u have mutually agreed on the professional fee prior to consultation than u have to pay the fee, if not agreed and the advocate is demanding it, which is not ethically correct practice. So please better u report the matter to the concern Bar Association, where that Advocate is practicing and if Bar Association is not giving u satisfactory solution, than u have to approach the Bar Council.
