fix deposit between husband and wife ....wife capt original receipt and not giving it to husband ....later husband issue duplicate from bank and cash it ....later wife claim it and send adv notice under 420..........fix deposit under either or survivor .term ......wife has no source of income it claiming it only estri dhan ........and leaving with daughter about 2 year ....daughter use her pl advice it is cheating under 420..........both are hindu
