Ex boyfriend not returning the money he made me borrow from bank

Hi, I want to file a complaint/case on my ex boyfriend... He made me take a loan over 3 years ago and has not returned the money. He has been taking money after that as well. On asking for money, he fights and abuses my entire family. Is there anything that can be done?
Is there any kind of agreement or cheque have you taken from him or else is there any kind of evidence do you have in case if there is then we can think the case for it anyways no one has the right to abuse any one though you gave or he gave the money you can reach me through Lawrato

File 354 of ipc and harrshment case. To local police station and go to bank discuss with bank manager and also remove the surety ship first you can file FIR against him then you go to bank another way you file a private complaint true court
