Bank manager not doing his job properly what action can i take

A bank manager of my bank do not take my bank enquiries and transaction seriuosly. How can i take legal action against him
your question is inappropriate because you have not mentioned as to what Manager had done to you. however, if you are aggrieved you can approach the banking Ombudsman of that bank and submit your queires or lodge a complaint against the Manager.
